Bapa Sitaram Enterprise operates advanced manufacturing and testing infrastructure in Surat, Gujarat. Our production lines feature continuous melt extrusion, precise diameter calibration for EVA hot melt glue sticks, and ultra-pure atmospheric filling for Yontax cyanoacrylate instant adhesives.
Every production batch undergoes strict quality control checks, including melt flow index (MFI) testing, open-time rheology calibration, tensile lap shear strength measurement, and moisture-sealed barrier packaging verification.
Warehouse Inventory & Export Logistics
We maintain extensive raw material stock and ready-to-ship finished goods inventory across both Rockseal and Yontax product lines. Our Surat warehouse facility is equipped with automated stretch-wrapping, palletization, and custom master carton bundling for container-load B2B orders.

R&D & Testing Laboratory
Our Surat quality control laboratory conducts batch testing on all raw EVA polymers, tackifying resins, and cyanoacrylate monomers before production. Key testing standards include:

- Softening Point: Ring and Ball test method ASTM E28.
